I was employed by the University as an Academic Tutor for Financial Accounting; both first and second years.
I would facilitate classes to ensure the content lectured during the week, is consolidated through practical activities and assessments, and this was done in tendon with the lecturers, through weekly meetings.
Suggestions on how the learners would learn better and how the lecturers can change the lecturing approach would be passed to the lecturers by us.
