•Reanalyse certain expense accounts to provide the required cost centre detail, engaging with other
parties when needed to allocate costs properly.
•Prepare and post journals, including the ones required by the Senior Accountant or Finance Director.
•Perform analytical work as required for monthly management reporting / commentary.
•Prepare monthly / Daily/ Weekly balance sheet reconciliations.
•Prepare schedules and analysis required for the audit.
•Review of vendor subledger and make sure vendors accounts are cleared, issues resolved, and vendors
are paid correctly.
•Process bank receipts and payments.
•Reconcile bank accounts.
•Prepare, reconcile, and post prepayments.
•Ensure the correct handling of automated bank transactions.
•Review and approve employee expense transactions
•Reconcile, maintain, and clear balance sheet accounts for bank accounts.
Intercompany Accounting
•Prepare intercompany reconciliations and intercompany invoices.
•Pay intercompany balances.
•Confirm all intercompany balances with counterparties.
•Reconcile all treasury bank accounts, dealing with all issues.
