• Act as a single point of contact by building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding clients needs, communication and acting on feedback.
• Drive the process to obtain necessary approvals/ limit increase from other division.
• Minimise risk by reporting any process inefficiency in both client environment as well as the bank and support the bank's risk and compliance legal requireme
• Assisting clients with uploading payments for vendors, salaries, SARS and payments to Africa.
• Creating financial documents such as account verification, payment confirmation, bank statement, audit reports.
• Assist clients to create beneficiaries on the bank system.
• Assist clients with Reconciling remittances with bank statements.
• Assist clients with uploading payments to banking system
• Assisting clients with importing creditors/ Debtors details on the banking platform.
• Support the implementation of banking systems process changes and enhancements; ensure all changes are effectively implemented
